Neoma? Raise your hands; go on, no need to be embarrassed. Well, sure you are! Because of this, we in the Anacaade Tattler decided to throw in ourselves out there and give the fans a chance to win a date with Neoma Reiko!

All races are all welcome to submit – beggars can’t be choosers! To be eligible for the contest you must be at least 21 years of age (ingame) and reside in Altrax. There is, of course, no purchase to enter, although if you are a different race, be sure that you’re not going to hurt our lovely Neoma. @_@

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST

1. ELIGIBILITY. This Contest is open only to legal residents of the Novus, Altrax, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of their entry. Entry to this Contest begins at 9:00 am (Earth Time) on February 25, 2006 and ends at 11:59 pm (Earth Time) on March 3, 2006. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted and outside of the Novus, Altrax vicinity.

2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Beginning on February 25, 2006, you may only enter by submitting a paragraph, 1000 words or less in the provided space, explaining why you want to date Neoma. Entries containing expletive language or other subject matter deemed offensive will not be considered for the contest. Additionally, entrants must have a character profile on the RFBoards or where we can see it. Any entry information collected from the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (Earth & Philippine Time) on March 3, 2006. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person upon entry. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified.

3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. From among all of the eligible essays received, winning essays will be selected by a panel of judges from within Anacaade Tattler, Inc. who will be basing their judgment on the creativity and originality of the eligible essays received. The eligible essays will be judged on March 4th and 5th, 2006, with notification to the winning essayists on March 6, 2006 (via email). The result of the date will be published on the March Issue. All decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to the Contest. The winners will be required to respond to the e-mail notification within 48 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case; Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. If a winning notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.
